SAP FI & Controlling Consultant

Role Overview:

The SAP FI & Controlling Consultant will work closely with client stakeholders in Singapore to drive the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions. The role involves defining business requirements, developing Business Blueprints, and delivering Functional Specifications to support system configuration and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client counterparts to gather and analyze business requirements across Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
• Lead and contribute to SAP Finance design workshops and solution discussions
• Develop Business Blueprint documents and detailed Functional Specifications (FS)
• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Orders
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business processes and best practices
• Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD)
• Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and user training
• Provide support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance configuration and design
• Proven experience in delivering Business Blueprints and Functional Specifications
• Good understanding of financial processes (e.g., record-to-report, procure-to-pay)
• Experience working with regional/global stakeholders, preferably in Singapore or ASEAN markets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
