Business Analyst (Public Market)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front, middle, and back‑office stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Lead system enhancements, configuration updates, and integration initiatives across investment platforms.
• Assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance accuracy, control, and operational scalability.
• Support SIT and UAT cycles, ensuring requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
• Work closely with vendors and internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Contribute to change management and adoption efforts for new tools, workflows, and system capabilities.

Core Requirements

• Hands-on experience with investment systems, such as Murex, SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River, or comparable platforms used in public markets.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end public markets transaction workflows, especially within fixed income and foreign exchange (FX)—covering trade capture, risk, compliance, settlement, and reporting.
