Senior UI/UX Designer | Game Mechanics

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences: flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, impactful designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams in agile environments
• Maintain consistency through design systems and UI standards
• Explore innovative ways to improve engagement and retention

Requirements

• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience (web/mobile)
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Experience working in Agile teams

Bonus

• Experience incorporating game mechanics (e.g. progression, rewards, feedback loops) to enhance user engagement 🎮
