Credit Quality Management Manager / Senior Officer

Job Description

• Review facility documentations including facility agreement, collateral and other documents to ensure completion of documentation, perfection of collateral documents, satisfaction of conditions precedent, conditions subsequent and other approval requirements;
• Ensure transactions are implemented and complied with the Bank’s policies, local and foreign applicable regulations and guidelines;
• Liaise with internal and external parties in order to resolve documentation issues;
• Follow-up on pending documents;
• Conduct post-mortem review on approved credit documentation transactions;
• Assist in formulating and / or revising policies and procedures relating to credit documentation review;
• Prepare regulatory and management reports;
• Perform any other relevant duties to achieve team’s targets.
• Perform Non Performance Loan management /collection work.
• Other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above(Finance, Economics accounting or related majors) with more than 2 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and credit management skill
• If the applicant has Non Performance Loan management /collection work experience or Collateral Management work experience is preferred.
• Experience in credit risk management ,Review facility documentations and/ or Collateral Management will be an advantage.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required as incumbent is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.
