Structured Trade & Commodity Finance Relationship Manager

Job Description:

As a member of the Commodity Business Centre Relationship Managers,
(1) To assist the Head in executing Structured Trade & Commodity Finance opportunities
(2) To manage and enhance the these clients' relationships thereafter
(3) To prospect and onboard new potential structured trade ("STF") opportunities
(4) To extend structuring support other Corporate Banking units with STF requirements
(5) To support the Head in promoting Structured Trade & commodity finance opportunities in the region in support of Bank of China franchise
(6) To work as a team in meeting the financial targets and maintain highest standard of professionalism and compliance protocols

Requirement:

(1) More than 10 years of working experience in a Corporate Banking environment, with focus on
MNCs, large regional corporates and integrated producer groups
(2) Highly competent in financial analysis of corporate credits
(3) Good understanding of commodity trade finance is mandatory
(4) Good knowledge of the legal compliance framework and principles when dealing with corporate
related transactions are mandatory
(5) Good understanding of loan distribution and documentation processes are essential (6) Prior
experience in commodity finance is preferred though not necessary
Other requirement:
(6) University degree in finance-related discipline is preferred though not necessary
(7) At least bilingual with English as the main language of communication, both oral and written, so
as to serve Chinese speaking customers and writing reports for Head office.
(8) Proficiency certifications on trade finance related courses
(9) Prior experience managing a team is preferred but not necessary.
(10) Able to operate and execute transaction indepently with minimal supervision.
