職務内容

Team Intro
The Space Processes & Experience (SPX) team is part of the Workplace Design and Solutions (WDS) centre of excellence within ByteDance's global Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) department. The team tracks and drives the optimisation and consistency of office core experiences, and provides process consulting and guidance for RE&F and other Corporate Service team on global projects.

Responsibilities
1. Develop a deep understanding of the real estate business to analyse processes, identify issues, propose solutions, and improve operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.
2. Enhance the workplace user experience across ByteDance by analysing the real estate portfolio and user behaviour, developing and testing objective, measurable experience metrics, and driving innovation in workplace experience.
3. Independently plan, deliver, and oversee multiple key RE&F projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional stakeholders across the Real Estate team and wider organisation. Track progress, evaluate outcomes, and proactively propose improvements where needed.
4. Lead the standardisation of business processes and continuously improve process quality and governance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in space process consulting, change management, real estate management, or a relevant field.
3. Solid understanding of user experience, with the ability to proactively identify user pain points and risks in processes and policies.
4. Strong analytical skills, with experience in managing by objectives, delivering projects, and demonstrating a clear sense of ownership.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Business acumen, with familiarity with internet business models.
2. Prior experience improving operational processes within global organisations.
3. Ability to switch effectively between strategic (“zooming out”) and detail-oriented (“zooming in”) perspectives.
