Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting Salesforce applications and a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives
- Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce architecture and processes to enhance system performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and establish best practices for Salesforce implementations to ensure quality and consistency
- Execute system integration and data migration activities to enable seamless data flow across platforms
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications to maintain system reliability
- Continuously monitor Salesforce platform updates and enhancements to incorporate new features effectively
