Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade SAP data solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the SAP ecosystem, with deep expertise in SAP Datasphere, data modeling, data integration, and data management. This role requires strong architectural vision, solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect end-to-end SAP Datasphere solutions to support enterprise data and analytics needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance technical architectures.
• Define data models, integration patterns, and governance frameworks for SAP data environments.

Data Modeling & Integration

• Lead the design and oversight of data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration workflows within SAP Datasphere.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Optimize existing data architectures for reliability, performance, and scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) developers to align data architectures with business objectives.
• Provide architectural direction, thought leadership, and best practices to project teams.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex data issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Establish standards for documentation, technical design reviews, and quality assurance.
• Stay current with SAP Datasphere innovations, roadmap updates, and industry best practices.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, data engineers, and other team members.
• Champion architectural discipline, governance, and continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, including data modeling, ETL, and data integration.
• Strong understanding of SAP data architecture, SAP BW/4HANA concepts, and modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-grade SAP solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience providing leadership, guidance, and architectural oversight to technical teams.
