Automation Tester (Wealth Management)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong Wealth Management domain expertise to help deliver high-quality banking platforms. You’ll design and run automated tests, partner closely with BAs and engineers, and support end-to-end quality across SIT/UAT in an Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain automated test scripts/frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python).
• Partner with BAs, product owners, and developers to translate requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional/regression/end-to-end testing and grow automation coverage.
• Plan and run SIT and UAT cycles (test data, execution, defect triage, retest).
• Validate backend data and reconcile results using SQL.
• Log and manage defects in JIRA/HP ALM/QC with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Create test plans, execution reports, and closure summaries; communicate risks and quality metrics.
• Collaborate across onshore/offshore Agile teams to meet release timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–12 years in QA, with strong hands-on test automation experience.
• Solid Wealth Management domain knowledge (equities, bonds, funds, structured products) and business workflows.
• Proficiency in Selenium and automation frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber) using Java and/or Python.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical).

Nice to Have

• Temenos T24 exposure (Core Banking, Payments, Securities).
• SWIFT messaging knowledge (including Corporate Actions where applicable).
• Corporate Actions workflows and related modules (e.g., TAP).
• CI/CD for automated testing (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
