Sales Planning Executive

Key Accountabilities                

• Monitor sales-in performance compare with budget by coordinating with affiliates’ supply chain management team to review stock-on-hand levels and working closely with the sales team that tracks affiliates’ sales-out-data
• Support sales budgeting and forecasting, including data consolidation and variance analysis
• Coordinate with affiliates on documentation (e.g Shipping Instruction) required for shipments
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any PO or shipment issues
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decision-making
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Pre-requisites

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in sales planning, sales operations, or order management is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and SAP S4 Hana
• Detailed oriented, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and coordination skills
