Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Perform Transfer Agency Roles and functions.
• Carries out appropriate and regular screening of Fund Investors and review all identification records
• Authorise transactions and payments input by processing staff.
• Attend to auditor / customer / external parties’ queries.
• Investigation and rectification of problems / errors.
• Compilation / collection of transactions / processing statistics.
• Update of procedures / BCP / DRP manuals.
•  Participate in system enhancements and projects.

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience in a relevant role.
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency Services including varies Performance computation, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and FATCA/CRS reporting
• Able to work under pressure and extended working hours where necessary.
• Able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with product owner, external customers, counterparties and internal BUs.
• Good team worker/leader, show initiative, support others in the team as necessary.
