Job Description
The successful candidate will work in a business tax team providing M&A and tax advisory services to a diverse mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities will include undertaking research on local and international tax issues, advising on Singapore corporate and stamp duty matters, cross-border restructurings, tax treaties, withholding tax matters, permanent establishment matters, M&A (due diligence, acquisition structuring, post-acquisition restructurings) and drafting tax advisory memos.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· You should have at least 4 to 5 years of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm. Experience in an advisory role is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualifications recognized by ISCA. An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
· Excellent communications, inter-personal skills, writing skills and passion to learn and deliver quality work
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and with multiple team leaders.
