About the role:
This position reports within the COO Team, specifically under Policies, Procedures and Change Management, as well as Risk Management. Deutsche Bank is a people‑centred organisation with a strong focus on empowering employees and fostering operational excellence. It seeks to establish a consistent and well‑governed framework that supports clarity, transparency, and alignment across processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the revamp of key operating documents (incl. forms) into the new templates, ensuring alignment with updated standards.
  • Developing front‑office training materials to facilitate adoption of updated processes and documentation.
  • Supporting in administrative/non-content related tasks for strategic initiatives.
  • Providing administrative and coordination support for periodic change communications.


Key skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Powerpoint, Excel Applications
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint) for uploading, maintaining, and version‑controlling documents. Ability to work with structured templates and apply formatting rules consistently.
  • Basic project coordination skills, such as tracking tasks, timelines, and follow‑ups.
  • Understanding of change management concepts (e.g., communications, stakeholder impact, training support)
  • Content transition and migration skills, such as adapting legacy forms and materials into redesigned structures.
  • Ability to create training collateral (slides, guides, quick reference materials)
  • Fresh graduates who have graduated in 2024/2025/2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024/2025/2026.
  • No prior work experience and must be ready to commit to a full-time traineeship
