Position Summary / Project Description

Your work will involve project management and business analysis, driving the successful and timely completion of all related initiatives, and acting as the single point of contact during project phase.

Role and Responsibilities

- Act as single point of contact for automation (eg. RPA & Power Platform) matters

- End-to-end Project management of multiple concurrent projects

- Identify and assess automation opportunities

- Facilitate business prioritisation and grow the automation pipeline

- Conduct user requirements workshops for process analysis and documentation

- Support post go-live processes

- Manage team logistics

- Support all CR & RPA bug fixes

- Manage risk, mitigation and contingency

- Address any impediments in the lifecycle

Requirements / Qualifications

− Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines

− Possesses some experience in RPA

− Certification in any RPA Tools (AA, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc) is a bonus

− Keen interest to hone project management skills

− Basic technical understanding of the SDLC & Solution Architecture

− Knowledge in Agile/ Scrum methodology

− Good professional written and verbal communication skills

− Work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision

− Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
