We are seeking a highly structured and strategic Business & Strategy Manager to drive regional planning, performance governance, and cross-functional alignment and strategic enablement across the APJ Industrial Print business.
This role integrates strategic planning, market intelligence, executive communication, and performance monitoring to ensure disciplined execution and informed decision-making at the leadership level. The role partners closely with GTM, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, Service, and Global Business Units to support revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational discipline.
The role serves as a strategic thought partner to the Regional CBM Manager and Industrial Print GM — helping shape priorities, frame complex business topics, and bring clarity and structure to leadership discussions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Governance
Lead Long-Term Planning (LTP) and Annual/Quarterly Business Planning processes
Manage structured planning cadence, frameworks and executive-ready presentations.
Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and structured action plans
Align regional priorities with global direction and category strategy
Performance Analytics & Insights
Monitor regional performance (Revenue, Margin, Funnel, Mix, Coverage)
Build data-driven frameworks to Identify risks, gaps, and opportunity areas early
Develop executive-ready insights and dashboards
Conduct deep-dive analysis to support corrective actions and scenario planning
Support tracking of key decisions and strategic initiatives to ensure visibility and follow-through
Market & Competitive Intelligence (Indigo/PWP)
Conduct market sizing and opportunity analysis
Perform SWOT analysis and competitor benchmarking
Evaluate territory coverage and segmentation effectiveness
Develop structured market reports and provide recommendations to guide strategic decisions
Business Communication & Executive Enablement
Develop high-impact executive presentations for leadership forums
Develop structured executive presentations: background, objective, analysis, impact, recommendation
Support Regional GM and leadership team in strategic reviews
Influence decision-making through structured narrative and visual clarity
Qualifications
8-10+ years in business strategy, commercial finance, or operations
Experience in B2B technology, printing, hardware, or industrial solutions preferred
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, power BI experience is a plus
Experience working in cross-functional, matrix, and regional environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
