Pipeline & Market Activation:
Develop and lead top-of-funnel activities to generate a robust, qualified pipeline across IBMC CSS and PANW sales campaigns.
Partnership Advocacy & Leadership:
Advocate for the PANW Strategic Partnership value, sharing best practices and ways of working across all of IBMC.
Client Value Delivery
Leverage the joint IBM–PANW expertise to solve complex security challenges and deliver transformative results. Gather and act on client feedback to continuously enhance solution relevance, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
Sales Enablement & Education:
Promote and educate sellers across both organizations; work with PANW sellers to demonstrate the value of IBMC’s GTM strategies, capabilities, and value propositions. Collaborate with the offering group leader to enhance assets and collateral based on field feedback.
Operations & Reporting
Ensure operational excellence in partnership execution, providing clear visibility on performance metrics, enabling data-driven decisions, and supporting timely issue resolution across both organizations.
