JOB OVERVIEW

The Corporate Sales team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and non-profits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best content and learning solutions. Importantly, we train and empower the workforce and help people secure jobs and achieve their career aspirations.

The Account Manager is key to engage our clients andmaintain and expand our training engagements with them. Our ideal candidate isa passionate, entrepreneurial sales professional who can prospect, develop, andclose large enterprise deals.

You should have extensive experience of sales to smallmedium enterprises (SMEs). Your knowledge of edtech, enterprise learning /training combined with superior communication skills and analytical abilitieswill shape NTUC LearningHub’s enterprise business.

You will work closely with the product teams, operations andmarketing to ensure we operate as a seamless organization to build our pipelineof business. Your key advantages for this position will be your knowledge inthe adult learning sector, edtech, and enterprise learning combined withsuperior communication skills and analytical abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •   Create astrategic sector plan and generate new-business revenue from targeted sectors
  • Individualswho have experience handling SMEs from community care, food services and/ormanufacturing sectors will have an added advantage
  •  Meet andexceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Identify,effectively prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existingcustomers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate andup-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team toshare insights, best practices, and market feedback. Contribute to thedevelopment and execution of sales strategies and campaigns
  •  Keep up to date with product knowledge, features,and industry trends. Participate in training sessions and continuously enhanceyour understanding of our offerings

Key Job Competencies (Knowledge, Skills& Abilities)

  • At least 2 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and listening skill
  • A track record in consultative and sales experience
