Role Overview:

The Operation teams at SPX Express covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Scope includes Payment, Incentive and Penalty calculation, Logistics performance monitor, Operation planning.

Job Description:

  • Extract, reconcile and report the billing data of agencies utilising SQL monthly
  • Design and change billing logic according to business process changes, new initiatives or other changes
  • Ad Hoc data support and dashboard building for P&L analysis and Operations KPI
  • Assist full-cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleaning, data analysis and data visualisation
  • Streamline billing SOP and communicate the SOP between internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate ad hoc reports to support operation and procurement teams
  • Monitor and optimise reporting flow from back-end to front-end
  • Work with several large and complex data warehouses

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in data analysis and supporting business decision, from working experience or internship
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python skill is a plus
  • Ability to analyse data and derive key insights (e.g., business implications) that guide key business decisions
  • Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively
  • Ability to bring onboard new perspectives and ways to carry out tasks and solve problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive team-player with an energetic attitude
  • Work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic work environment
