Planning Executive

Job Description:

• Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for materials). Ensure that inhouse/outhouse/purchased parts arrive in time for engine build.
• Execute rotable exchanges when required and perform all transaction in SAP
• Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for manhours/cost). Ensure that clocked hours are well within the budget.
• WIP engines costing consolidation and submission for approval
• Coordination of Costing review meetings with internal stakeholders
• Perform cost analysis to optimise profit for WIP and future jobs
• Perform costing submission to Sales and ensure jobs are DN/TECO in SAP
• Support overseas MRO shop (STATCO) material requirements and responsible to provide packing list for shipments to overseas MRO shop
• Support Planning Manager on Material Management / Meetings / admin functions
• Complete continuous improvement projects to improve processes and productivity

Requirements:

• Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Preferrably 3 to 5 years of experience in Aerospace industry
• Production planning experience will be added advantage
• Familiar with SAP
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Training provided for candidate without prior experience
