Job Summary

Perform repair processes on aerospace components to meet production schedules and quality standards while supporting cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair processes such as plasma spray, water jet, shot peening, heat treatment, cleaning, masking, blasting, and sheetmetal to restore component functionality and quality
• Complete repair tasks according to production schedules to ensure timely delivery of repaired components
• Participate in cost control initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce waste and expenses
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and events to enhance repair quality and operational efficiency
• Support rotating shift work and overtime as needed to maintain production flow
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Min. NITEC or equivalent certification relevant to component overhaul or repair industry
• Ability to perform rotating shift work and support overtime as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the component overhaul or repair industry
• Knowledge and skills in repair processes such as plasma spray, water jet, shot peening, and heat treatment
