Job Descriptions:
- Management of project and be responsible to fulfil contract obligations.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely purchase and delivery of services and equipment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Monitor, implement and track project progress accordance to contractual requirements to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to assign and track progress toward achieving project objectives.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Manage project variations to project scope, schedule and costs.
- Report project status to Project Director and Senior Management.
- Perform project evaluations and assess results for continuous improvement.
- Protect organisation’s interest in the course of project management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Manager or in similar role, with at least 10 years in project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experienced in IT and/ or Security Projects
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS project.
- Able to lead, excel and overcome adversity with excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
