Sr / Pharmacist

You will be responsible for :

• Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient in both Inpatient & Outpatient Pharmacy for NCID
• Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes

Requirements

• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player and communication skills
