Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet customer needs in the corporate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to identify and engage prospective clients, building a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct consultative meetings with prospects to assess their business requirements and propose tailored, innovative technology solutions
  • Utilize multiple outreach methods including cold calling, direct and electronic mailings, enquiries, and referrals to generate qualified leads
  • Analyze customers’ purchasing processes and decision-making structures to effectively engage key decision makers
  • Prepare detailed quotations and deliver value-added sales proposals that lead to successful deal closures
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for expanding company sales
  • Manage pre- and post-sales account activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Participate in Government and Large Account tenders as required, coordinating submissions and follow-ups
  • Continuously update product knowledge and service expertise to provide accurate and current information to clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in direct outdoor selling, preferably within MFP (Multi-Function Printer) and Document & Print Solutions sectors
  • Outspoken and outgoing personality with a passion for customer engagement and delivering excellent service
