Procurement Specialist

Job Description

• Implement, update and maintain Procurement strategy and policies 
• Support the development and implement cost-effective procurement strategies (maximizing the Company's cost reduction opportunities in various procurement activities)
• Responsible for vendor management and coordination including compliance, negotiation, disputes resolution and improvement program.
• Manage G&S supply contracts and facilitate its administration
• Develop, evaluate, and manage RFX's (i.e. Requests for Quotes, Proposal, Tenders, and Information) via E-Sourcing to support e-tendering based on business needs
• Management of E-Procurement tools to ensure availability for Procurement administrative works
• Analyze, identify, track and document the various G&S procurement (spend & savings) requirements in SAP and AGORA
• Analyze the current and future trends and opportunities in the supply chain market
• Prepare monthly forecasting report on packaging materials for costing team
• Evaluate the performance of Key G&S and Packaging suppliers (setup operational reviews with key suppliers)
• Check and ensure all packaging price list received are in order accordingly to Index and Calculation formula
• Ensure pricing for all raw materials, STO conditions and Imported FDG are uploaded
• 3-2 Hybrid week schedule

Qualifications/Experience required

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree qualification 

• 3 to 5 years experience in procurement and sourcing related fields

• Proficiency in English 

• Proficient computer literacy

• Procurement experience in Goods & Services and/or Packaging and/or MRO

• Good communication 

• Negotiation and analytical skills

• SAP knowledge
