Business Analyst

·  At least 4 -8 years relevant working experience, including business analysis/product management of system used in similar functions, in asset management domain

· Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with good problem-solving skills

·Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design

·  Experience working in cross-functional groups, representing views of different stakeholders and influencing teams towards achieving shared goal

·   Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, with varying technical requirements, level of stakeholder engagement and completion timeline

·Ability to adapt to changing business requirements due to unforeseen restrictions /constraints in the existing system.

·  Experience in developing test plan and managing testing for project implementation / enhancements

·  Experience in developing and maintaining user guide and system documentations

·   Experience in managing project scheduling and timelines for prompt completion of work tasks
