Customer 360 Functional Business Analyst

·   Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Analyst roles.

·  Strong knowledge and working experiences in Customer Servicing and Customer Relationship Management systems.

·   Working knowledge in JIRA and preferably Dynamics.

·  Prior and good working knowledge in various banking domains especially in Retail Banking Industry.

·   Excellent functional analysis skills and strong interpersonal communication skills as well as ability to work well individually and collaboratively in a team
