Project Manager

· Graduate Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information

· Minimum 3-5 years of working experience

· Hands-on experience in at least one full project development life cycles

·  Project Management Experience

· Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI, Scrum Master.

·  Government ICT project delivery experience

· Public-facing digital services experience

·  Vendor management or sub-contractor management experience

·   Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills

· Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.

·  Team player with strong organization and people management skills

· Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
