Software Engineer, TP FRS

Your role :

• build and maintain React based frontend capabilities across Digital Meeting apps, balancing feature development, bug fixing, and continuous technical improvements.

• contribute actively to team delivery within a global, distributed team through close collaboration, Agile participation, ongoing code enhancements, and consistent, high quality code reviews.

• translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable frontend solutions while continuously improving existing designs and implementations

Your team :

You will be part of the APAC Touchpoint Development team based in Singapore; working with local & global developers, and business across APAC and Switzerland.

Your expertise :

• a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong software engineering fundamentals.

• solid hands on experience developing frontend applications using TypeScript and React, with a good grasp of state management concepts (e.g., Redux).

• strong command of modern frontend tooling and workflows, including build tools, package management (e.g., with NPM/Yarn), version control, CI/CD, and testing.

• regular involvement in code reviews, refactoring, modernization, and technical improvements, contributing to code quality, performance awareness, and long term maintainability.

• experience designing secure, robust, and scalable frontend components within large, enterprise grade codebases.

• a good understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.

• a dedicated frontend engineer with strong ownership, balancing delivery, quality, and technical debt reduction.
