Assistant VP, Reporting and Metrics_Group Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Data Analytics team to design, build, and maintain operational and management reports for AML Ops processes

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor risk controls, process efficiency, and effectiveness

• Drive the automation of reports by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance visualization.

• Analyze trends, identify variances, providing actionable items to management.

• Provide insights to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.

• Support governance forums with accurate and timely reporting and data packs.

• Collaborate with process owners to resolve data discrepancies and maintain consistent standards.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and collaborate for deliverables

• Stay updated on best practices in data analytics, risk reporting, and automation tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced) and data visualization.

• Knowledge of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
