Facility Technician

The Services required are set out as follows:

 Conduct daily routine inspection for building/M&E facilities work.

 Ensure Contractor complies with security and safety requirements for

corrective and preventive maintenance works.

 Daily operational M&E activities, including ACMV, Genset, UPS, LT

Switchgears, Alarm System, Access Card System, Fire Protection

System, Water Supply and Drainage System, PA System, laying and

installing electrical cables and miscellaneous electrical appliances.

 Attending to technical-related interior works and faults, including

furniture, carpets, walls/fittings, ceiling and doors/glass doors.

 Daily inspection of systems, facilities and conducting essential

equipment checks and meter readings.

 Assist and supervise vendors and contractor services in the premises

relating to corrective maintenance, planned preventive maintenance

and vendor briefings.

 Assist during project work and internal moves, adds and change

activities.

 Assist in Annual Power Shutdown activities such as Fire Certificate

Renewal, etc.

 Respond to System Alarms and deal with emergency situations.

 Assist IT Department in some technical hand on tasks.

 Write daily reports, incident reports, assist to analyze the root cause

of incidents and key in work order request forms into excel sheet.

 Any other duties assigned by Head of Operations.
