Provider Management, Analyst

In this role, you will be the liaison for operational dealings with various healthcare related providers to support AIA business operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate & gather necessary information in order to assess TPA outpatient claims according to policy benefits. Ensure all claims documentation and procedures adhere to company and claims management requirements
• Conduct audits on claims processed by TPA to ensure appropriate controls are in place and also support any internal/external audits for the team
• Ensure efficient, prompt and fair resolution of escalated complaints
• Liaise with other teams on member data & policy setup matters to ensure that the clients visit the panel clinics on cashless basis

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• 1 year related industry experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
