We’re looking for an Area Delivery Leader to lead our Professional Service (ProServe) ASEAN Delivery Team. This Leader will oversee the delivery of ProServe ASEAN cloud transformation programs across our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, hire and develop bar raising talent, build effective partner delivery capacity, and engage customers and C-Level Executives to provide thought leadership, support pre-sales and guide in-flight projects, and ensure delivery exceeds customer expectations.


The ideal candidate is an experienced people leaders with deep technical experience, background with IT Management and/or Management Consulting/Services, and experience in Strategic Engagements Delivery, Workforce Planning, and Partner Management. In this capacity you will be based in Singapore and are expected to travel occasionally. You will report into the APJ ProServe Delivery Director and will partner with local ASEAN ProServe Area Leader to guide your direct team of Delivery Practice Managers and delivery specialists.


Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of specialised technical talent across multiple specialty areas e.g., AI/ML, Data and Analytics, Application Development, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Migration
  • Own implementation of diverse and multiple (>50 concurrent) customer cloud programs
  • Develop strategic delivery partners to augment and scale specialist delivery capacity and skills
  • Collaborate with local/regional/global AWS teams to solution and implement cloud programs on AWS
  • Implement and enhance mechanisms to improve delivery quality and delivery consultant productivity
  • Own customer feedbacks, corrective actions and learnings replication to increase customer satisfaction

Basic qualifications

  • Track record in leading technical teams in implementing cloud migration and transformation programs
  • Experience building and scaling technical and/or consulting teams ideally >100 in size.
  • Experience in leading delivery teams in areas of IT service management and/or cloud computing.
  • Technical depth and the credibility to guide solutioning delivery of complex transformational programs.

Preferred qualifications

  • Enterprise IT consulting and/or delivery experience with global companies.
  • Track record in scaling teams, processes and capabilities in fast growth environment
  • Experience in an organizations that has built and/or sold products/platforms
  • Ability to drive productivity via repeatable solutions across multiple lines of businesses and customers
