We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that are both visually engaging and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design intuitive interactions and experiences across web and mobile platforms
Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
Iterate designs based on user feedback, data, and stakeholder input
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Min 7-8 years in related field
Prior experience guiding or supporting team members will have an added advantage.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in UI Design
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and visual design skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Good understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
