UIUX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that are both visually engaging and easy to use.

This role requires a strong balance of user research, interaction design, and visual design skills, with a focus on translating user needs into practical and scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design intuitive interactions and experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, data, and stakeholder input
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in UI Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and visual design skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
