About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to manage and grow strategic relationships within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), specifically focusing on key banking clients. This role requires a strong background in Systems Integration (SI) and proven expertise in driving business growth through client engagement and delivery excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Business Development:

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive identification of new opportunities within the account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions aligned with client needs.

Delivery Oversight:

  • Ensure successful delivery of projects and services, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
  • Partner with delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain high client satisfaction.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives and Capgemini’s growth strategy.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of the account.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 13 years in IT services with at least 5+ years in client-facing roles.
    • Strong background in Systems Integration and large-scale transformation programs.

Domain Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of Financial Services Industry (FSI), preferably banking.
  • Experience managing Tier-1 banking clients in APAC is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth and manage complex engagements.
