Job Summary

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in Calypso. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Calypso for effective solution design
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Configure and customize Calypso applications to align with business objectives and operational needs
• Plan and execute system testing and user acceptance testing to validate Calypso functionality and ensure successful deployment
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to Calypso applications, ensuring system stability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve Calypso system issues to enhance application reliability and user experience
• Monitor industry trends and best practices related to Calypso to recommend improvements and maintain system relevance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, specifically working with Calypso
• Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and trading systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
