Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform monthly routine administrative tasks (e.g. renewal reminders, tracking lists, quota updates, levy tracking, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and trackers (e.g. monitoring lists, unbilled lists)
- Support internal coordination with Singapore team members
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigne
- Assist in managing and redirecting incoming correspondence (eg emails, physical mail) to the relevant internal/external stakeholders
Work Pass Administrative Support
- Prepare work pass application forms
- Assist in collating required documents for applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance
- Update and maintain work pass trackers and status reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate secretarial, HR/admin, or similar administrative role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
