Lead end-to-end Active Directory migration programs ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Define and manage project scope, plans, milestones, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, security, and vendors.

Drive stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and steering committee updates.

Oversee AD transformation strategies such as domain restructuring, forest consolidation, and Azure AD migrations.

Ensure application dependency mapping and seamless integration during migration.

Manage risk, security, and compliance, including authentication, access control, and audit requirements.

Lead testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization, including rollback planning.

Leverage expertise in Active Directory, IAM, migration tools (ADMT, Quest, Binary Tree), hybrid identity (Azure AD), and project management methodologies, with 8+ years of experience preferred.
