Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum principles, promoting best practices across teams.
Identify, track, and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and priorities.
Required Experience:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Agile delivery.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and traditional project management practices.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Knowledge of SAFe framework and/or Kanban practices.
