About the role
As a Telemarketer at HL Assurance Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales of our insurance products through outbound call campaigns. This is a full-time role based in our office in the Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
What you'll be doing
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our insurance products and services
- Explaining product features and benefits to customers in a clear and engaging manner
- Handling customer enquiries and overcoming objections to secure sales
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the drive to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or a related financial services sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI and HI if applicable) and basic computing skills
