Drafter

Undertake all tasks in accordance with Company’s HSE Policies and Procedures, applicable legislation and regulations.

  Design support

• Drafters’ main task is to use software (AutoCAD) to convert the designs of engineers into technical drawings at various stages of a project.

• Keep the drawings/documents in digital format or hardcopy

Drafters typically do the following:

• Design plans
• Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers
• Add details to plans from their knowledge of building techniques
• Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures
• Work under the supervision of engineers

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil or equivalent in Engineering
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Geotechnical & Civil Engineering works or equivalent relevant working experience in Construction Industry
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Effective communication skills and enjoy interacting with people at all levels
• Meticulous, an eye for details and sensitive in figures or numbers
• Positive attitudes/ drive for result and willingness to learn
