직무 설명

Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant role in MOE JC school. If you are selected,

You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Junior college (nearest MRT- Choa Chu Kang ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

The Personnel shall provide key front-line and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the school. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Customer Service

• Welcome visitors professionally and keep reception area clean and welcoming

• Answer phone calls and help walk-in visitors

• Keep records of phone calls and visitor information

Administrative Tasks

• Handle paperwork, data entry, and letters to staff, students, parents, and suppliers

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Do filing, scanning, photocopying, and other office tasks

• Give out keys, stationery, and teaching materials to staff

• Help with school events and programmes

Student Support

• Help students find lost items, get spare uniforms, or locate teachers and classrooms

• Contact parent on student related matters

• Keep records of lost and found items and spare uniforms

General

• Complete other tasks as assigned

The Personnel is expected to uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence while interacting with all stakeholders in the school environment.

Job Requirements:

● Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent

● Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support

● Good communication and inter-personal skills

● Proficient in MS Office would be an advantage

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
