직무 설명

Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Student Support Officer cum Receptionist role in MOE Secondary school. If you are selected, You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Secondary School (nearest MRT- Choa Chu Kang ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

(a) Manage school front counter services

(b) Handling visitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their needs

(c) Handling queries and complaints via phone

(d) Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff

(e) Transferring calls as necessary

(f) Managing office inventory such as stationery and administrative stores

(g) Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail

(h) Handle lost and found process

(i) Manage loan records of school items (e.g., uniform, umbrella, etc.)

(j) Provide general administrative support to the admin office

(k) Data entry and any other duties assigned by the school

Student Service Duties:

(a) Manage student early release (recording and contacting parents)

(b) Coordinating between Form-Teachers & Student Management Team (SMT) on students’ movement (e.g., responding quickly to incoming messages and processing them, and alerting the SMT.)

(c) Monitoring students' late coming, attendance, CCA attendance (e.g., Involving data entry, collating info, and processing info)

(d) Providing real-time information on attendance info to support SMT

(e) Manage students' cellphone confiscation process

(f) Assisting in sick bay recording, ambulance recording, incident recording

(g) Manage student lift pass issuance.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

● minimally have obtained ‘A level’

Skills

(a) Working in front counter services

(b) Working in school environment

(c) At least 3 years of experience in administration

(d) Proficient in IT environment, MS Office, Whatsapp Chat,

(e) Good communication and inter-personal skills

(f) Good team player with a high level of initiative

(g) Able to Multitask

(h) Good Social skills

(i) Problem solving

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2027

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
