Executive, Finance (12 month contract)

The Role

This position will be responsible for the Accounting function based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for treasury products for Treasury companies;
• Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, accounts receivables receipting & billing
• Preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis;
• Involvement in the year-end audit and preparation of forecasting and budgeting exercise;
• Assist with audit and tax information preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax filing/compliance
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist with other ad-hoc assignments such as UAT and data migration verification as and when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry.
• Well-versed in SFRS, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel.
• Hands-on with good eyes for details, able to communicate effectively to various parties and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with high level of initiative.
