Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver differentiated trading ideas, structures, and solutions to institutional clients
• Provide high-quality execution advisory across Asian markets, aligned with prevailing market conditions
• Execute client orders efficiently while sourcing liquidity and optimising outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and market insight
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of market structure, trading systems, and order routing across exchanges
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the execution chain to ensure seamless trade flow and settlement
• Actively manage day-to-day desk activities with a strong focus on risk management and operational discipline

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in equity sales trading or a related front-office role
• Strong knowledge of Asian equity markets and institutional client servicing
• Proven ability to generate ideas and contribute to revenue growth
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong awareness of market and operational risks
• CMFAS certification (Modules 1A, 5 and 6) required, or the ability to obtain them within a reasonable timeframe
