Application Support Analyst
Application Support Analyst is responsible to identify and resolve the application issues, in accordance to the organisation's application support procedures. The Support Analyst shall assist the Application Support Manager in the coordination of developing potential application enhancements with the stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues with software applications, following the agreed procedures
• Create documentation of troubleshooting activities and resolutions
• Assist in preparing periodic issue management report
• Lead a small team of application programmers for application support activities
• At least 3 years of working experience in software development
• Experience in application integration and testing
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Able to travel as required
