Job Responsibilities:
Operational Delivery
- Ensure projects are consistently on brief, on time and on budget
- Ensure compliance and championship of internal processes with both internal and external stakeholders
- Management of key suppliers, ensuring delivery of their project area is delivered within budget and to a high quality in line with client expectations
- Management of event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that events are executed within budget. This may include negotiating contracts, managing payments, and tracking financial records
- Assist in the Service Quality feedback to assess the success of the event, analyze and identify areas for improvement in future events
- Facilitate programmes, rehearsals, and onsite briefings when required
Creative
- Support the creative development, production, and launch of experiences across multiple touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the client brief and strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated delivery and consistency in meeting client objectives
Client Relationships
- Daily point of contact for clients on projects
- Support the management of client expectations by providing updates on deliverables, timelines, scope, and budget status.
- Ensure clarity around roles, responsibilities, scope changes, and programme milestones, escalating issues where appropriate
- Contribute to client discussions by offering practical recommendations aligned with objectives and industry best practices
Finance
- Monitor project profitability and highlight risks impacting margins
- Obtain, review, and evaluate vendor quotations, supporting negotiations to ensure value, quality, and cost efficiency in line with project budgets
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a related field such as Events Management
- Minimum 3 - 5 years agency experience in the brand experience or live event space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and have strong stakeholder management skills
- Great experience in client relations and management
- Excellent attention to detail
