- 10+ years of project management experience within financial services, with a strong focus on Wealth Management
- Solid knowledge of wealth operations and investment products (e.g., Unit Trust, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Insurance)
- Proven experience managing large-scale project budgets
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
