M&E Coordinator

Responsibility:

• Coordinate with M&E consultant and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) on project to ensure compliance with M&E Specifications and achieve quality aspect of M&E works
• Coordinate with M&E sub-contractors and supervise M&E site installation works
• Prepare and manage MEP clearances in accordance with signed-off Final CCSM
• Attend System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) Coordination Meetings and communicate with construction team for smooth execution of site installation works.
• Understand existing BIM (Revit) and edit BIM model in detail upon request
• Assist Archi and M&E Manager on tasks assigned

Requirement:

• Diplomain Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Min. 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with LTA MRT experience
• Understand M&E specifications/drawings/scope/sequence of work
• Team player with good inter-personal skills
