Responsibilities:
- Report to FM, Engineer, and Employer Prepare cost estimations, financial projections, and budgetary controls
- Prepare and submit monthly payment claims and final accounts
- Evaluate and measure claims for Purchase Orders Compile and review payment claims, interim certificates, and invoices.
- Prepare and review specifications, evaluate tenders, and manage contract documentation
- Operate and control CFIMS, respond to alarms, log faults, and generate work orders Prepare periodic reports on system performance, incidents, and energy use.
- Manage CFIMS user accounts, data integrity, backups, and cyber-security Monitor CFIMS trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in daily operations, maintenance, and helpdesk support Handle office phone line and complaints.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 5 Years’ Experience (Quantity Surveyor)
- Pleasant personality with strong drive to succeed;
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with ability to communicate externally and internally at all levels;
- Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Able to multi-task and manage work priorities in a pro-active and flexible manner.
- Assist in daily operations and maintenance activities; and
- Assist in manning the office phone line during school hours and be proficient in handling complaints with good knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Provide in-house helpdesk and support to school users and resolve issues.
